Adding turmeric isn't just for color; it's another incredible anti-inflammatory ingredient. To make sure your body absorbs all its goodness, a pinch of black pepper is essential. This dynamic duo works wonders together. Lemon isn't just for a zesty kick! It's rich in Vitamin C and helps stimulate digestive enzymes, aiding in detoxification and reducing water retention.
