Ginger is a star for its anti-inflammatory and carminative (gas-relieving) effects, while turmeric, especially when paired with a pinch of black pepper for absorption, is a potent anti-inflammatory powerhouse. I've found that consistency is key, and incorporating these ingredients regularly, whether in juice shots or other meals, yields the best results. Thinking about other ingredients for a belly buster at home? I've expanded my recipe based on what I've learned. You might notice from my pictures that I sometimes add sea moss.
