Sunny-side up eggs
The "sun egg" menu is a menu of recipes from His Majesty the Gathibe, the Great Adulyadej of the Great, who made a meal for His Majesty the King, the Royal Highness of the Royal Highness, the Royal Highness of Siam, when he was young.
It's a simple but "smart" menu because it combines rice and eggs, fried until crispy, soft outside in like the sun. Rookies definitely have fun.
Prepare raw materials (for 1-2 people)
1. Chicken egg: 2 eggs
2. Beautiful rice: 1 ladle (should be non-fried rice or cold rice is fried very beautiful)
3.Fish sauce: 1 tablespoon (or soy sauce as you like)
4.Seasoning sauce: a little
5.Pepper meal: for adding fragrance
6.Vegetable oil: for frying (no need as much as regular omelette)
Step-by-Step
1. Cook the eggs ready
- Hammered eggs into a bowl, seasoned with fish sauce, seasoning sauce, and pepper, whisk together like a regular omelette.
2. Mix "solar"
- Put the steamed rice in the egg bowl. Technique: Use a man spoon and gently press the grain to break down and coat it with egg juice all over. (This step will be fun because we will see the rice turn yellow gold.)
3. Set the pan
- Put vegetable oil in the pan. Use a central fire. Don't wait until the smoke rises. Like a corrugated omelette. Because we want the rice to be cooked and soft with the eggs.
4. Fry
- Pour the egg and rice mixture into it, and the circle plate is the same thickness.
- Calm down: Take the centerlight rather towards the soft, fried until the bottom begins to ripen to golden brown (the texture will be crisp from oiled rice).
5. Flip the sun side
- Once the bottom is set well, turn it over. Continue to sap until it is ripe yellow-gold on both sides.
- The result: The exposed skin will have a light gluten-like grain frame, but the inside will be soft.
Fun tips for newbies
Add more: If you want to be more colorful, you can add chandelier, pork chop, or small diced carrots to the mixture.
What to eat with: This menu is delicious, or poked with ketchup or chili sauce.
