There's a new pastry, Pavlova, today.

It is a crispy meringue outside, soft in, implanted with lemon curd, sour and sweet, dressed with a variety of creams and fresh fruits.

Pavlova dessert is popular in Australia and New Zealand. The dessert is named after the famous Russian ballerina Anna Pavlova. In her honor, when she came to perform ballets in Ossa and New Zealand, the show was so pleasing that she had to make a new dessert and name it after her. ❤️
