🥖 8 HOUR SOURDOUGH
150 grams active starter
Add 309 grams warm water
10 grams of salt
500 grams bread flour
⭐️ Mix ingredients together then let rest on the counter for 2 hours
⭐️ After two hours you start the stretch and folds. One set every 30 minutes for FOUR sets.
⭐️Let rest covered on the counter for TWO hours
⭐️ You’re going to put your dough in a floured surface and began your shaping.
⭐️ Rest TWO hours
⭐️ Score and put in a preheated Dutch oven into a 500 degree oven for 35 minutes.
⭐️Remove the lid and cook for an additional 10 minutes at 425
