🍞🥖🥯🥐 ingredients: 300g active, bubbly sourdough starter 700g warm filtered water 1000g bread flour 20g salt combine starter and water until dissolved. mix in your flour until there are no more clumps. let your dough rest for 30 minutes. after the first 30 minute rest, add in your salt
