Nutella cake

Ingredients:

3 Huevos

103 g Buttermilk

103 g Cream of milk or cream

208ml Hot Coffee

113 ml Vegetable oil (sunflower)

240g Harina

60g Cocoa

1 cdta Baking soda

1 cdta of baking powder

1/2 cda Sal

325 g Azúcar

Procedure

1. Place the oil, eggs, buttermilk, cream of milk and eggs in a bowl, with the help of a hand beater, mix the ingredients until you have a homogeneous mixture

2. In another bowl add flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt and sugar

3. Pour the mezcal of dry ingredients into the bowl of liquid ingredients and beat until you have a homogeneous sponge base

4. Add hot coffee and soak it all in

5. Grease the molds and divide the mixture evenly in our molds Note: this recipe makes 3 16 cm cakes

6. Preheat the oven to 180°C for 5 minutes

7. Bake the cakes at 170 ° C for 35 to 40 minutes
