Wellness Overwhelm, what is this? Easy listening. 😂

Well, we've been through the "Wellness Optimism" era, where everyone is very excited, running every trend, buying supplements, putting on a smartwatch, following everything, eating keto, sometimes if exercising every day, life must be perfect every second.

But now it's become Wellness Overwhelmed, pregnant, satisfied, but tired of health, a real-life example to be clear. 😂

1. Office girl friend

Previously she was so hot about wellness, got up early at 5 o'clock, made cold plunge (ice soaking), drank Himalayan salt lemonade, ate 8 supplements, 45 minutes of HIIT exercise, and then went to work.

Early on, she posted an IG every day. "Life changes!"

But now?

She said, "I'm tired." Now I wake up early and see a smartwatch saying low sleep score is immediately stressed. Before bed, I have to read the 18-step routine (skincare + journal + meditation + blue light blocker) and can't sleep because I'm afraid I can't do it. 😂

Finally, throw the Oura Ring in a drawer and go back to bed at 1 a.m., eat toast instead.

2. Some people addicted to running clubs

Last year ran every Saturday morning with the group. Buy 4 pairs of running shoes. Matching clothes. Complete set.

But now they say, "It's not fun anymore," because everyone competes in the distance, has to run for PR every time.

Finally, I stopped running a club and turned to chill cycling with my friends instead. No one timed again.

3. My own example (fictional form)

Used to buy 3 courses at the same time, one without carbs, the other without fat, the other must eat according to a functional doctor.

The first week, eat exactly. The second week is confused. The third week is gone. Eat + with normal rice and feel the happiest in months. 😂 See?

Most people don't give up health care, but stop "doing extreme things" and do more practical things in everyday life.# Trending # Healthy # Run # Can't sleep
