We started making bread five years ago, starting with natural yeast by raising yeast water and making it into bread, but for a limited time.

We didn't have time to build on that, so we threw away our learning to make Sourdough, and now we're back studying and experimenting again as a non-dough yeast.

I've been ordering saudow bread from a good senior to taste first. Today, it's from Khun Mon Saudow, Chiang Rai. It's Plain sourdough (Original Flavor). It's naturally sour. It's a true saudow flavor.
