Day 47 of Soft 75

This weekend was a bit of a mulligan. I did my activity and drank my water, but all the fruit managed to spoil at the same time. But I am pushing ahead and continuing on my journey.

My ultimate goal is to go all of October without missing a day. I can say that my body is starting to feel a lot different, in good ways!
