Day 46 of 75 of Soft Challenge
Today I decided to not do a core workout but do a 2 miles walk/jog. Have you ever been texted while running or jogging? And can you actually respond because I cannot! I had to tell the person to hold on. Plus in the middle of that my manager texted me and I needed to schedule a meeting with them. As it turns out I was doing everything I should be doing and my job, sometimes we don’t need to second guess ourselves but it is so hard to always be told we are wrong that we start to think we are wrong. Do not let anyone make you feel bad because I did and it is a horrible feeling and I did breakdown and now I’m feeling so much better. But the job made me clear my mind and I feel so much better. #75challenge #75softchallenge #75softjourney #letschat #lemon8diarychallenge
The journey through a fitness challenge not only enhances physical fitness but also offers mental clarity. Engaging in activities like walking or jogging can significantly reduce stress levels and improve overall mood. During this 75-day soft challenge, many participants have found that incorporating small daily exercises helps in maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Being active can also lead to enhanced productivity at work. While multitasking might seem necessary, it often leads to distractions. Learning to focus on one task at a time can yield better outcomes, whether it’s during a workout or managing work tasks. Moreover, it's essential to recognize the emotional aspects tied to fitness and workload. By openly addressing feelings of inadequacy or stress, we foster a supportive environment for self-improvement. Embrace the journey, and remember, it's okay to seek help when feeling overwhelmed. Finding balance is crucial, and it’s important to have avenues for communication, such as reaching out to friends or colleagues when feeling lost in both training and work. Embrace the process and recognize that each step counts toward personal growth.
