Another tip I swear by is using a humidifier indoors, especially during the dry winter months. It adds moisture back into the air, which helps prevent your skin from becoming too dry or flaky. Don’t forget about protecting your skin from the harsh elements by wearing scarves and gloves, preventing windburn, which can make winter skin problems worse. Also, limiting hot showers can help since hot water strips the skin of its natural oils. Incorporating these winter skin care practices, along with selecting gentle, natural products, has personally kept my skin healthy and glowing despite the cold weather. Remember, consistent hydration and using suitable products are key for skin comfort and protection during winter.
