I know most of our reasons for why we can’t workout are not having enough time or not having the expenses at the moment to afford a membership.
Weeeellll , what if I told you I had a hack for Gym Memberships for the LOOOWWWWW!!!! and i do mean L O W.
Check ‘em out with me
🏋🏾♀️Gym 1: O2 Fitness
✨How Is It Budget Friendly: 21 days for free with FULL access the the gym and all it offers?! Definitely can’t beat that! This is a bit more on the pricey end once your trial is over with. So this is for my girlies and gents who don’t mind spending the extra coin. They have both a Nutrionist and Physical Therapist on site! They also offer 2 complimentary trainings sessions with a fitness trainer. The aesthetic gives social media influencer lol (though this can be achieved at ANY gym). They also offer a kids play space for an additional monthly charge.
🏋🏾♀️Gym 2: CRUNCH Fitness
✨How Is It Budget Friendly: 14 cent joining fee?!?! now THATS absolutely INSANE!! SIGN ME UP 5 times!!!! What Gyms do you know giving you a membership for almost NOTHING?! After Joining for 14cents, you’ll have a monthly bill of $30-$40 which honestly isn’t that bad. If i’m not mistaken, The $40 membership gives you FULL access to everything the gym has to offer. I know a few people who absolutely RAVE about this gym and the welcoming atmosphere it has to offer.
🏋🏾♀️Gym 3: Fitness Connection
✨How Is It Budget Friendly: I’m BIASEDDD 🥲 lol Has to be my favorite out of all 3 lol. Literally, I left O2 fitness to come BACK to Fitness Connection (i’m sorry I cheated 😩 lol). Not to say that O2 is a bad gym, I just realized i’m 20times more comfortable at Fitness Connection because that’s where i started this whole journey. They have SUCH a warm and welcoming environment. Such a great place to build a gym community (coming from a FULL blown introvert). Everyone on the same path to ✨Health and Wellness✨. The CHEAPEST membership of all 3 and TOTALLY kid friendly. Kids play space included in $26.99/monthly deal!
... Read moreHey everyone! I know the idea of joining a gym can feel like a financial burden, but after some serious digging and personal experience, I've discovered that staying fit doesn't have to break the bank. My journey started with a simple goal: find a gym that offered value without compromising on quality, especially when looking at places like O2 Fitness and Crunch.
Let's talk about O2 Fitness membership costs. The original article mentioned their fantastic "21-Days Free!" offer, which is an absolute game-changer. I personally used a free trial like this to get a feel for the environment – the classes, the equipment, even the vibe of the other members. It's a great way to see if it's the right fit for you without any commitment. After the trial, O2 can indeed be a bit pricier than some other options, but it's important to know what you're getting. Typically, their membership tiers might include access to multiple locations, guest privileges, and sometimes even discounts on personal training. While specific monthly costs vary by location and the package you choose, expect them to be in the $50-$80+ range for full access after your trial. But if you value amenities like on-site nutritionists and physical therapists, and complimentary training sessions, the investment might be worth it for your personal health journey. Always ask about different tiers and what each includes before committing!
Now, onto Crunch Fitness prices per month. This gym truly blew me away with its affordability. The "Join for 14¢ & 1st Week Free" deal mentioned in the OCR results is just incredible! Imagine getting started for less than a dollar. After that initial promo, the monthly fees typically range from $9.99 for a basic membership (Base) to around $24.99-$29.99 for their Peak membership, and up to $39.99 for the Peak Results membership. The key difference lies in what each tier offers. The Base membership usually gives you access to one club and basic cardio/strength equipment. The Peak membership often includes access to all Crunch locations, group fitness classes, and guest privileges – which is fantastic if you like variety or want to work out with a friend. The Peak Results membership takes it a step further, adding amenities like tanning, Hydromassage, and advanced classes. When I was looking into Crunch, I made sure to clarify exactly what was included in each tier and if there were any annual fees (sometimes called a 'maintenance fee' or 'annual enhancement fee') that pop up later. Understanding these small details ensures there are no surprises down the line.
And let's not forget about Fitness Connection, which offers amazing value too! The "$0 DOWN NO COMMITMENT" and "$26.99/month" offer, including a kid's play area, is truly unmatched for families. It shows that budget-friendly gyms can still provide a fantastic, welcoming environment.
My biggest takeaway from exploring these options is that finding an affordable gym membership is all about doing your homework. Don't be afraid to ask about free trials, tour the facilities, and compare what each membership tier offers. Look for deals like the "21-Days Free!" at O2 or the "Join for 14¢" at Crunch. Remember, "Fitness On A Budget" is completely achievable, and you don't have to sacrifice your health goals just because of cost. Happy sweating!
