It has a texture and taste like burdock and potatoes 🤭
The persimmon jam dressing uses apple cider vinegar and honey, so it's a little sweeter.

Recipe ❣️
🌟 material
・ Chrysanthemum potato 130g ※ Shredded
・ Carrot 60g ※ Shredded
⭐ ︎ Seasoning
· Rice oil tablespoon 1
・ 2 tsp sesame oil
1 teaspoon of powdered soup stock
・ 2 teaspoons of sugar
Mirin tablespoon 1
・ 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
・ 2 tsp roasted sesame seeds
🌟 making ~
Put rice oil in a frying pan and fry chrysanthemum potatoes and carrots
Add sugar, mirin, and dashi stock in that order and stir-fry.
When it becomes soft, add soy sauce and when the water is gone
Add sesame oil to finish and stir-fry slightly

・ 2 and 1 / 2 tsp persimmon jam
・ Apple vinegar tablespoon 1
・ 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
2 tsp coconut oil
・ A pinch of salt
