It’s packed with protein & the flavor is on point!

This pasta + a fun little mocktail and you have yourself the perfect date night

Mocktail:

Sparkling water

Lemon juice

Turkish pasta:

8 oz pasta

1 lb ground beef

2 tbsp onion powder

2 medium yellow onions, diced

1 tbsp tomato paste

2 tsp sweet paprika

Salt & pepper

Butter sauce:

1/4 cup butter

2 tbsp EVOO

1 tsp mint

1 tbsp sweet paprika

1 tbsp harissa

1 tsp red pepper flakes

Yogurt sauce:

1 cup greek yogurt

2-3 garlic cloves, minced

Salt & pepper

Garnish:

1/4 cup chopped parsley

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, diced

Cook pasta according to box directions. Over medium heat sear beef until almost cooked through + in yellow onions, salt & pepper, paprika, onion powder, tomato paste, mix & sear until onions cooked about 3 mins. Remove from heat & set aside.

Butter sauce: melt butter over low heat, + EVOO, harissa, mint, paprika, chili flakes mix for one min and set aside

Place cooked pasta in a deep dish, + 1/4th of the yogurt sauce, top with seasoned beef, drizzle some of the butter & garnish with parsley and tomatoes.
