Real talk: I practice my competition posing every single day I’m in the gym because hiring a posing coach just isn’t in the cards right now. And instead of waiting for “someday,” I decided to work with what I have.
Here’s what nobody tells you — posing is a skill. It sharpens muscle control, highlights your shape, improves posture, and builds stage confidence. You can be strong and still look unsure if you don’t practice how to present your body.
What my daily posing looks like 👇
• 5–8 minutes after my workout
• Front, side, and back poses only
• Holding poses until my muscles shake
• Recording quick clips to review later
• Practicing tired on purpose (because stage day = fatigue)
I’m still learning. I still critique myself. I still tweak things weekly. But showing up daily is how I’m closing the gap without spending money I don’t have.
