I’ve also learned to consistently ask myself, "Does this feeling serve the woman I’m becoming?" If the answer is no, I remind myself that growth requires discipline emotionally too—as the quote says, "Missing someone doesn’t mean they belong in your future." Incorporating mental health and stress management into healthy lifestyle tips has made my glow up experience more holistic. It’s not only about weight loss or fitness motivation but embracing emotional discipline as part of the transformation. Finally, sharing these struggles and insights with supportive communities or wellness groups has been invaluable. It helps me remember that growth isn’t coldness; it’s alignment with one’s true self.
