I prepared easy-to-make protein-rich snacks that I could grab when motivation waned. Movement became a daily priority—not necessarily intense workouts, but consistent activity that I enjoyed, like walking or gentle stretching. Hydration played a crucial role too. Drinking enough water helped control hunger cues and kept me feeling vibrant. Perhaps most transformative, however, was learning to protect my peace. Setting boundaries around stressors and negative influences allowed me to stay focused on my goals without burnout. One tip I’d share is to ditch the “Monday mindset”—waiting for a specific day to restart habits only creates delays. Instead, start fresh whenever you can, even if it’s midweek or after a setback. Every moment is a chance to recommit. My journey led me to develop The GLOW Girl Method, a guide focusing on four-step habit strategies tailored for women balancing many roles.
