Feeling good doesn’t negate the challenges you face; it actually complements your growth by uplifting your spirit and renewing your energy. From personal experience, when I allowed myself to accept joy amidst hardship, my recovery felt fuller and more hopeful. If you’re wondering how to start, try incorporating simple actions into your daily routine: listen to a favorite song that lifts your mood, spend a few moments outdoors, or connect with supportive communities that inspire healing vibes.
