What has been learned when trying to leave the Safe zone to Freediving for the first time!!ðŸĪŋ🏝ïļ

Before, it was thought that Freediving was to dive into a beautiful picture under water, but when I tried it for the first time, I really knew...

It's an activity that requires more body, concentration and preparation than I thought!

Here's what was first learned from Freediving. 🌊ðŸĪŋ

1. Very important equipment ðŸĪŋ

Especially fins and masks. Good fins save force and control in the water easier. A mask that fits the face will make diving more comfortable. Don't worry about water intake.

2. Sea shoes. Very necessary. ðŸĪŋ

If there is no Finn, the sea shoes should be worn because the body control or buoyancy is not good, there is a very easy chance of being cut by corals or rocks.

3. Wear long-sleeved, long-legged ðŸĪŋ

Prevent sunshine, abrasions and help not burn the skin

While in the middle of the sea for a long time

4. Freediving uses more force than you think ðŸĪŋ

Both getting yourself underwater, kicking, breath control, and balancing the body in the water that used to practice yourself in the pool are different things. If you want to be more serious, you should go to study.

But the favorite thing is the underwater atmosphere. 🌊

It's so calm, it can't be found upstairs.

There's no chaos, just breathing with the blue world around.

If there is a chance, try to study or practice once.

The undersea world is much more beautiful and calm than thought. ðŸĪ
