They said we were getting normal cats.

... Read moreLiving with cats like Obi, Wilma, and Scylla truly showcases how every feline has a wonderfully unique personality that brings unexpected joy and chaos into our lives. Obi’s sneaky bathtub ambushes are the perfect example of how cats love to turn everyday household spots into their secret hideouts. It’s such a thrill when you least expect it, and it keeps the home lively and entertaining. Wilma’s intense staring contest until you surrender and feed her is a familiar scene for many cat owners. It reminds me how cats communicate so strongly without words—they use their gaze, body language, and vocalizations to express their needs, often with hilarious persistence. Scylla’s claim over the bathroom sink is a hilarious reminder of how cats select their territory with such determination. Protecting their chosen space with playful biting and endless meows shows their quirky yet affectionate nature. Each feline's distinctive habits add so much character to the home environment. From my experience, embracing these unique behaviors enriches the bond we share with our pets. It teaches patience, creativity in engaging with them, and the joy found in their unexpected antics. Moreover, inviting friends or followers to vote on who’s the 'ultimate weirdo' is a fun way to celebrate each cat’s individuality and create a community around shared love for feline companions. Overall, these playful stories remind us why cats aren’t just pets—they’re personalities that brighten every day with their charming chaos and loving quirks.

There is no such thing as a "normal" cat. They're all weirdos!!! Purrrrrrfectly weird. I asked my grown children if they thought that my cats and dogs were weird after they came to live with me... or if they were just born that way? They all gave me a blank stare, then looked at each other and in unison said... uhhhhhh. That's when I KNEW they were ALL born that way!!!! I could NOT have caused THAT much weird!!! Pets and kids alike? Absolutely not!!
