I have a confession…I’m homeless…

AND NOW I’M NOT!!!!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🎉

It feels sooooo weird to say that I was homeless just a couple days ago and now I have my own home. WOW!!!!! Being homeless, not only homeless but a homeless young woman, no where to go, no friends to stay with, no partner, no family.. just me. Imagine that. It is still one of the biggest insecurities, it unfortunately has caused some trauma in my life that I am now in therapy for (again lol). Anyway I was moving around from place to place for about a year until I found a transitional women’s shelter which I have been living in for about a year and a half.

I have been on my last $20 more times than I can count. I have been depressed, unmotivated, and stressed beyond measure. And now finally I can say I am the most productive, happy, motivated I have ever been.

I don’t like to get super personal about my life bc I consider myself to be pretty private. But to embrace vulnerability I want to share a little bit of my story that could aspire someone else.

I will be making apartment content so be on a lookout !
