DAY 20: 75 SOFT 📖✨
As a parent, taking on a personal challenge like the 75 Soft can feel like adding another plate to an already overflowing juggle. But for me, it's been surprisingly rewarding, even on tough days like Day 20. I started this journey because I felt like I needed something *just for me*, a way to reclaim a little bit of my identity beyond being 'just mom.' The #kidsoflemon life is wonderful, but personal growth matters too! Integrating 75 Soft into our family routine wasn't seamless overnight. My mornings now start earlier, sometimes while everyone else is still in their cot build-ed slumber, so I can get my workout in or read without interruption. It's about finding those small pockets of time. I've learned that flexibility is key with kids; some days my 'outdoor walk' might be chasing toddlers around the park, and that's okay. The 'soft' part of 75 Soft is truly a blessing for busy parents, allowing for more grace than its stricter counterpart. My children are my biggest motivators. Seeing my commitment, even if they don't fully understand it, sends a message about discipline and self-care. It's about modeling a lifestyle where personal well-being is a priority. I often tell myself, the for principal reason I do this is to be a better, more energized parent for them. When I feel good, I have more patience, more energy, and more joy to pour into our family life. It’s a win-win! Of course, there are days when I miss a water goal or my reading gets cut short because someone needs a snack or has a meltdown. That's the reality of mom life! The key is not to let one slip-up derail the whole day or challenge. I've learned to acknowledge it, adjust, and get right back on track. Every day I hit my goals feels like a personal honor roll achievement, not just for me but for setting a positive example for my little ones. It’s a daily testament to showing up for myself, so I can better show up for them. For any other parents out there considering a personal challenge, I wholeheartedly encourage it. Start small, be kind to yourself, and remember that your personal growth journey enriches your family life in ways you might not expect. It's not about perfection, but about progress and finding that beautiful balance between nurturing your family and nurturing yourself.

Awwh your such a great mom ❤️
