As I reflect on Day 36 of my healing journey, I've learned that self-love and supportive friendships are crucial for overcoming heartbreak. At this stage, I'm finally sleeping and eating well, which signifies a positive shift in my well-being. Surrounding myself with my girls has brought immense joy and a sense of community, reminding me that I am not alone in this journey. Even though thoughts of the past occasionally creep in, I've started to reclaim my power, realizing that with each passing day, I am more than capable of moving forward. These lessons have taught me resilience and strength, as well as the significance of taking proper care of myself during tough times. Time will eventually heal my wounds, but for now, I embrace the healing process with open arms. I'm learning to glow brighter each day, inspired by the love around me.
