Being greeted fat despite exercising throughout. How do you feel?
Today I want to share the experience of being said fat by my peers. 8 years ago, I started to go into the world training. The first period was without knowledge, playing too big 😆 (like fat and muscles overlap, hahaha), starting a serious weight. The goal of taking care of myself is to have a puppet by exercising with a focus on magic to increase muscle mass (weight is normal) and cardio and weight, adding strength to the body. I'm still being greeted. I try to explain to those people that I'm forming a puppet, reducing fat (but people don't understand. I think I play weight 2. The month will be beautiful.) Very few people will understand. 😅 Most may be buried with a chip that must be skinny like beauty standard only to be beautiful. Hello, 2025, then should update some more knowledge. Look at each person's goal before judging him.
How did you find this greeting?
No need to say hello. 😆 (Listeners feel bad. We never say this to anyone because other people are not ok with us.)
At first, many people often say hello, there is a lack of confidence, do not want to meet anyone, go anywhere alone, repeat to yourself, hey, we do it right, but believe in your own way, do it continuously, keep looking for support for yourself until the muscles gradually increase, do not care about those words, encourage yourself very much, confident with your actions. Until now, the body is as hoped but still needs to develop.
🧠. How are you going to handle it?
• 1. Stop letting other people's words value us.
Beauty should not be limited by the scales or numbers on the scales.
We have the right to feel good about ourselves at every weight of our lives. Just healthy.
• 2. Choose to listen to your voice more.
If we want to take care of health, do it for ourselves, not to prove to anyone, to encourage ourselves.
• 3. Reply with consciousness (or can not answer)
"Fatter up" - "Oh, eat well, sleep well lately."
Short answers, but don't give power to unnecessary words, explain them, don't understand. Let's do it.
🌟 not exactly the Beauty Standard... does that mean we're less beautiful?
Many women grow up with voices that say,
"Must be thin to look good," "must be white to look good," or "must wear makeup like this to be beautiful," and we gradually forget that true beauty never has a fixed formula.
Yeah, some days we might not be confident in the mirror.
But just so you know, everyone is charming in their own way.
Whether it's a sincere smile; a loud laugh or a brilliance that no one likes.

We don't have to be beautiful in anyone's eyes.
Because a woman's beauty is not measured by shape.
But measured by "power, confidence and a heart that refuses to devalue itself."
🌟 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 🌟
Let today be the day we accept ourselves a little more.
And pass this power on to other women that -
You can be beautiful in your own way. You don't have to be like anyone else.
🌟 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 🌟
Because beauty really is, it is "healthy + confidence + sincerity to yourself."
Not white skin or a 24-inch waist.
