I’m still in my proffee era but my finance uses his to make chia pudding. High in fiber and protein! Can add fruits on top. I prefer overnight oats though with chia seeds since I don’t like the texture of chia pudding

I am right there with you! My coffee is one of the biggest enjoyments of the morning and it just isn’t as good with a protein shake in it 😂 I’m a big fan of breakfast bowls with hash browns, your meat of choice, egg and cheese, with a side of Greek yogurt!
