Adulthood is all about balance. It’s been a struggle managing responsibilities, chasing dreams, and still carving out time for myself. Running my beauty business, working full time, building my career, and juggling school has been a challenge, but it’s all about staying disciplined. I’ve also decided to lock in on what truly matters. The sacrifices now will pay off later.
I’m focusing on growing my lash and brow services while preparing to launch lash courses. Increasing my Brow Clients have given me exposure a muse and infinite opportunity to get better. Skin services are on the horizon too! It’s been a busy few months, but I’m staying consistent, and I’m excited for what’s to come.
Growth is all about momentum, and this year is just getting started! Let’s keep going!
Here are My March Goals:
• Lash Business: Stay consistent with promo, build client traction at my new location, and engage more with lash community and tap into esthie .
• Content Creation: Start executing my social media calendar for your 2025 launches.
• Self-Discipline: Tackle procrastination by setting daily and weekly action steps. Working Out, Self Care and Self Growth.
• Nursing Prereqs: Stay on top of coursework while balancing work & my business.
As a busy entrepreneur managing multiple responsibilities, it’s crucial to develop a strategic approach toward growth. My focus this quarter has been on effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks. One essential goal is client engagement in the beauty community, which can enhance visibility and foster relationships. Creating an active presence online through consistent promotion and content creation allows for better interaction with potential clients. Additionally, setting clear and achievable goals keeps the momentum going. This includes launching new services, like lash courses, which can provide additional income streams. Balancing nursing prerequisites with professional commitments can be daunting, but with discipline and structured action steps, it becomes manageable. Developing self-discipline is also vital. By breaking goals into daily and weekly tasks, you can confront challenges like procrastination. Incorporating exercise and self-care into this busy schedule promotes mental health, providing the energy to stay focused on achieving these goals.
