1. Bear hover - shoulders over wrist, hips over knees. Tuck toes hover knees off of ground. Use 1 heavy dumbbell to shift to each side of your body, using opposite arm, minimizing your hips rocking side to side. Think lots of CORE control!

2. Bear hover - controlling your movement tap opposite knee to hand. Keeping your weight distributed evenly between both of your hands. Again think lots of core control!
