How many steps I took this week!!! Weight loss
Hey everyone! I’ve dropped 15 pounds since the beginning of my journey. One of the “steps” I took to make this happen was trying to get my daily 10,000 steps! This is very good way to maintain weight and get your daily dose of exercise.
