Make your hair grow faster!

These are my tips to help your hair grow faster!

Try to avoid heat as much as possible (I let my hair air to towel dry, I avoid blow drying my hair at all costs because of the heat damage AND it makes my hair super frizzy)

I do my best to wash my hair every other day (still trying to train my hair - it gets greasy really quickly!)

I take biotin (hair, skin, and nails) supplements every day to keep my skin glowy, hair healthy and long, and nails strong

On days when I need a little extra oomph, I go for a heatless hair style! My favorite is braids or an updo with a claw clip
