Easy No-Bake Grasshopper Pie for St. Patty’s! 🍀

🍀☘️ The PERFECT St. Patrick’s Day Dessert!

This No-Bake Grasshopper Pie is minty, creamy, and packed with chocolatey goodness. The best way to celebrate St. Patty’s! 💚

📌 SAVE this for later!

✨ What You Need:

🍀Oreo Crust:

✔️ 30 Oreo Cookies

✔️ 6 Tbsp butter, melted

🍀Grasshopper Pie:

✔️ 30 large marshmallows

✔️ 1/3 cup milk

✔️ 1 1/3 cup heavy cream, divided

✔️ 2 Tbsp Crème de Menthe Liqueur (or more to taste)

✔️ 2 Tbsp Creme de Cacao Liqueur

✔️ 1 tsp vanilla extract

✔️ 1-3 drops green food coloring

🍀Topping:

✔️ Crushed Oreos or chocolate curls, for garnish

✔️ Whipped Cream, optional

👀 How to Make It:

1️⃣ Add cookies to a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter to make the Oreo crust.

2️⃣ In a saucepan, add marshmallows, milk, 1/3 cup heavy cream until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat and add creme de menthe and cacao, vanilla, and green food dye.

3️⃣ Whip the remaining 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold together the cooled marshmallow mix and the whipped cream.

4️⃣ Pour into crust & chill for several hours.
