Chia pudding but make it easy, healthy & addictive

1/3 Edited to

... Read moreChia pudding has become one of my favorite go-to breakfasts because it’s incredibly easy to prepare and keeps me full for hours. I usually mix a few tablespoons of chia seeds with my choice of milk—whether almond, oat, or regular dairy—and sweeten it naturally with a little maple syrup and vanilla extract. The chia seeds absorb the liquid overnight, turning into a creamy, pudding-like texture by morning. What I love most about chia pudding is how versatile it is. For instance, adding cocoa powder creates a delicious chocolate version that's both satisfying and nutritious. Tossing in fresh berries or diced mango not only adds a burst of flavor but also boosts antioxidants and vitamins. Meal-prepping a few jars for the week means breakfast is ready as soon as I wake up—no cooking required. It’s also a wonderful snack option that’s packed with protein, fiber, and natural sweetness without added processed sugars. Plus, the fiber helps with digestion and keeps energy levels stable throughout the day. One tip I'd share is to experiment with different milks and toppings to find your perfect combination. Adding nuts or granola just before eating provides a satisfying crunch. Whether you're looking for an easy breakfast or a healthful snack, chia pudding is a fantastic choice that’s both nutritious and addictively tasty.

Literally just tried the chocolate one, I out crumbled up chips ahoy on top to make it more dessert ish and it was probably the best chia pudding I’ve made😭. Though I only made two and the other one was vanilla 😭 overwhelmingly vanilla.
