There’s nothing better than warm, gooey apple crisp fresh from the oven 🍏✨ The crunchy oat topping + sweet spiced apples = the ultimate cozy dessert. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and you’ve got pure perfection! 🍨🍂

What You Need:

✅ 2/3 cup rolled oats

✅ 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

✅ 1/2 cup light brown sugar

✅ 1/2 tsp cinnamon

✅ 1/2 tsp baking powder

✅ 1/2 cup salted butter (cold, cubed)

✅ 3–4 Granny Smith apples (peeled & sliced)

✅ 3 Tbsp salted butter (melted)

✅ 2 Tbsp flour

✅ 1 Tbsp lemon juice

✅ 3 Tbsp milk

✅ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

✅ 1/4 cup light brown sugar

✅ 1/2 tsp cinnamon

✅ 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F.

2️⃣ Mix oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon & baking powder. Cut in butter until crumbly. Chill.

3️⃣ Toss apples with butter mixture, lemon juice, milk, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon & nutmeg.

4️⃣ Spread apples in an 8x8" dish. Top with crumble.

5️⃣ Bake 35 min, until golden & bubbly. Cool 15 min before serving.
