🍏🍎 Apple Crisp Recipe 🍎🍏

Ingredients

- 6 apples peeled and chopped

- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar

- 3/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

- 1 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice

- 1 cup light brown sugar

- 3/4 cup of old fashioned oats

- 3/4 cup all purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

- pinch of kosher salt

- 1/2 cup of diced cold unsalted butter

Instructions:

1)Preheat oven to 350°F butter and 8 x 8 baking dish

2)In a mixing bowl, add the sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice and apples once fully combined transferred to the prepared baking dish

3)In separate mixing bowl, add brown sugar, oats, flour, cinnamon, salt, and diced butter

4)Spread the topping mixture over the apples in the baking dish and spread evenly

5)Bake for 40 to 15 minutes or until golden Brown and bubbly

6)Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream or caramel syrup and enjoy
