✅ 5 Tbsp cornstarch

✅ 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

✅ 1 cup granulated sugar

✅ Dash of salt

✅ 4 cups whole milk

✅ 2 Tbsp butter (chopped)

✅ 1 tsp vanilla extract

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, mix cornstarch, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.

2. Gradually whisk in cold milk until smooth.

3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it boils.

4. Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.

Little tip…. You can also use the microwave in intervals to cook it without worry of scorching it. I do a couple of minutes at a time on 50% heat stirring b/t until desired thickness. Leave out the chocolate add Coconut flavoring or Banana Flavoring for a different flavor. So easy and delicious
