🛒 Ingredients:

✔️ 4 lbs chicken wings (halved, tips discarded)

✔️ 2 Tbsp aluminum-free baking powder

✔️ ¾ tsp salt

✔️ ½ tsp cracked black pepper

✔️ 1 tsp paprika

✔️ 1 tsp garlic powder

✔️ Optional sauces: Buffalo, honey BBQ, ranch, honey garlic

🔥 Buffalo Sauce:

✔️ ⅓ cup Frank’s Hot Sauce

✔️ 1 cup light brown sugar

✔️ 1 Tbsp water

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 425°F and position rack in upper-middle of oven.

2️⃣ Line baking sheet with foil, place a wire rack on top, and spray with nonstick spray.

3️⃣ Pat wings VERY dry using paper towels.

4️⃣ Mix seasonings + baking powder, then toss with wings to coat evenly.

5️⃣ Arrange wings skin-side up on rack.

6️⃣ Bake, turning every 20 mins, for up to 1 hour until crispy and golden.

7️⃣ Let rest 5 mins, then toss in your favorite sauce.

8️⃣ For Buffalo sauce: heat all ingredients in saucepan until sugar dissolves, then cool before tossing.
