Beyond professional help, small lifestyle changes can make a significant difference. Regular physical activity, even just a short walk, improves mood by releasing feel-good hormones. Maintaining a balanced diet and regular sleep schedule supports overall mental health. Social connections also play an essential role—sharing feelings with trusted friends or support groups relieves the sense of isolation that depression often brings.
