I rely heavily on time management tools like planners and calendar apps to keep track of every study session and work shift. Prioritizing tasks helps me focus on what really matters without feeling overwhelmed. I make the most of small pockets of time like lunch breaks or commutes to review notes or listen to study materials. Setting clear boundaries means when it’s study time, I’m all in, and when I’m working, I focus fully on my job. Plus, I never underestimate the power of good sleep, healthy food, and self care to keep my energy up. Finally, I’m not afraid to ask for help from professors, coworkers, or family when I need it. If you’re juggling work and school, remember with the right mindset and strategies, you can crush both!
