This Drink Saves Me Every Time I Eat Too Much 😩

You ever eat good at the BBQ, but 10 minutes later you’re laid out from the bloat? Yeah me too.

But not this summer because I’ve been sipping this 3 ingredient gut reset drink that keeps my belly flat, my digestion on point, and my mood unbothered.

Here’s the glow up formula

½ cup unsweetened almond milk light, dairy free, and anti-inflammatory

2 tbsp chia seeds high in fiber to keep you regular and full

½ cup plain kefir probiotic packed for gut health and post-meal balance

Optional but elite a dash of cinnamon or some berries for flavor

Just mix, stir, and sip. You can drink it fresh or let it chill into a thick chia pudding. Either way, it’s a game changer.

I drink this before or after heavy meals, especially when I know I’m about to go in at the cookout or cheat a little. Keeps me light, energized, and not feeling sluggish or bloated.
