Okay so I’ve been trying this food combo for a while now sauerkraut and kimchi.

Both of these are fermented so they’re naturally packed with probiotics which can support your gut and digestion

But let’s be real the flavor is strong, it’s sour, spicy, tangy all at the same time. This is one of those combos your stomach might appreciate more than your taste buds.
