My Gut Friendly Hibiscus Refresher
I wanted to share one of my favorite homemade drinks that leaves me feeling refreshed and energized.
I started by steeping hibiscus tea with a cinnamon stick in hot water and letting it sit until it developed its beautiful deep red color. Once cooled, I poured it into a glass jar and mixed it with sparkling water for a light, fizzy finish.
Why I love this combination
Hibiscus tea is naturally caffeine free and packed with antioxidants.
Cinnamon adds warmth and flavor without needing added sugar.
Sparkling water makes the drink refreshing and helps me stay hydrated.

I make this without the sparkling water, I am about to try it though. But I make it with sliced ginger in the pot as well… it’s so good! Usually add some honey to it and drink it iced it’s great tbh
