I recently became a board certified trichologist and spent the last two months seeing over 200 clients for free scalp assessments… At the same time, I’ve been in my lab working on one of my most requested products❤️ I’ve been moving nonstop😩
So I booked a flight to reset. Can you guess where? #beyondbotanix #worldtraveler #certifiedtrichologist
Even down to the airport, I moved differently this time—slower, more intentional.
Becoming a board certified trichologist and seeing over 200 clients for free scalp assessments has been one of the most fulfilling experiences I've had recently. It really opened my eyes to how many people struggle with scalp health without even realizing the factors involved. Many clients came seeking advice on common concerns like dandruff, hair thinning, and scalp irritation, and I was able to share tailored solutions — including natural ingredients like vegan Batana oil and saffron, which I’ve incorporated into a new product formulation. I also found that the best results come from not just external products but also from adopting daily habits that promote scalp wellness: gentle scalp massages to stimulate blood circulation, using sulfate-free shampoos to avoid stripping natural oils, and minimizing heat styling to protect hair integrity. Sharing these tips during the assessments created a rewarding connection between science and real-life applications. After such an intense period of nonstop work, I felt the urgent need to reset and recharge, which inspired me to book a flight and slow down my pace, even starting from the airport experience itself. Moving intentionally through each moment made a significant difference in my energy and mindset, showing me that caring for your body and mind goes hand-in-hand with caring for your scalp and hair. If you’re exploring ways to improve your scalp health, I encourage you to explore natural, nutrient-rich ingredients like those in my new product and adopt mindful routines. Also, don’t underestimate the power of occasional pauses to reset your energy and foster creativity. This combination holistically supports your hair’s vitality, making a visible and lasting impact. I’m excited to continue sharing my journey as a trichologist and hope it inspires you to take charge of your own hair health with intention and care.
