Reintroducing food back into my life 🐣

Lately I’ve been eating with fewer restrictions, and honestly, it feels so good 🥰

Yes, sometimes my skin feels a little drier (especially on the face), but I’m learning to live with it.

The best part? I get to enjoy most of the foods I love again 🍜🍔🍫

This journey has been teaching me patience, balance, and gratitude — and I’m thankful to be healing my gut one day at a time 💛

... Read moreThroughout my journey of reintroducing food into my life, I noticed how important it is to listen to my body's gut feelings. This seamless flow between enjoying meals and supporting my health became a guiding principle. For instance, I found that opting for gentle, nourishing options like oatmeal or light meals helped maintain balance. Another big insight was embracing patience with my skin's occasional dryness as part of the healing process. It wasn’t always easy, but acknowledging that healing takes time allowed me to focus on the bigger picture—long-term gut health and overall well-being. If you're navigating a similar path, I recommend tuning into natural cues from your body and choosing foods that make you feel good inside and out. Celebrating small wins, like savoring a favorite dish without guilt, can be incredibly empowering. Remember, balance and gratitude turn this journey into a sustainable lifestyle rather than a restrictive challenge.
