✨ Tomorrow begins our first monthly fast of 2026 ✨

Last year, we fasted one day a month.

This year, we’re continuing that rhythm — and tomorrow we’re committed. 🙏 Do you want to join us?

👩‍🦰💧 I’ll be fasting on liquids (water + coffee with milk).

During this recent 21-day OMAD fast, God gently led me into a 3-day liquid fast and showed me I can do this again — little by little.

Fasting didn’t start here for us.

We’ve ended the last two years with extended fasts, completed two different 21-day fasts 2025/2026 and learned that mindful eating prepares the heart for fasting & praying, not extremes, not fear, not control but to keep food dethroned from our minds and our stomach. The only Lord over us is Jesus!

Fast anything! And commit that time to seeking God in prayer 🙏
