🧱 A simple way to quantify "sand-plastered sand" works on the job front.

When making bricks or plastering walls, many people often order too much or too little sand. Today I have a simple sand formula that most technicians actually use in front of the job to calculate immediately.

✅ 1. The amount of sand for "brickwork"

Wall area (Sq.) － 20 = Sand volume (estimated queue)

Applicable to Mon bricks / common block bricks

📌 Sample

40 square meters of walls had to be built.

40 × 20 = 2 cu. (approximately used sand formation)

✅ 2. The amount of sand for "plastered work."

👉 frequently used calculation formula

Wall area (sq. m) － 8 = amount of plastered sand (queue)

Fits an average of 1.5-2 cm thick cymbals.

📌 Sample

Must have plastered 32 square meters of walls.

32 × 8 = 4 cu. (cymbal sand used approximately)

🛠 Professional mechanic tips

✔ 10-15% "allowance" should be ordered in case of difference or loss.

✔ The sand should use coarse sand / lake.

✔ Putty sand uses fine sand to plaster smooth skin easily.

✔ Check sand cleanliness before use. Prevent mortar does not perch.
