You just had a 2 day break from your kids and 20 mins having them back your autistic child throws up 2 floors of the playground. #autismmom #autisticchild #autism ( he force himself to throw up )

... Read moreAs a parent of an autistic child, I understand how unpredictable and stressful situations can become, even after a short separation. One moment you have a brief respite, and then suddenly your child exhibits unexpected behaviors such as forcing themselves to vomit. These instances can be both shocking and emotionally taxing. From my experience, it's important to recognize that such behaviors may be a response to sensory overload or difficulty coping with transitions. After a time apart, reuniting can sometimes overwhelm a child with autism, leading to physical manifestations of anxiety or stress. What helped me was establishing a calming routine immediately upon reunion, allowing my child to adjust slowly to the environment and the presence of family again. Offering quiet spaces and familiar comfort items can also ease this transition. Additionally, observing triggers and maintaining close communication with therapists or support groups for autism moms proved invaluable. Remember, these challenging moments don’t define your child or your journey. Sharing experiences with other parents in the autism community not only provides emotional support but also practical tips tailored to unique situations. Each child is different, so patience, understanding, and adaptability are key to managing behaviors like these effectively.

I accidentally had a glow up?
I recently have LOVED the way I look without wearing makeup. I feel confident in my normal features and it feels great! I feel like these things helped contribute to it, but they were completely unintentional! 🩵 hair cut: I had a gift card that was about to expire and went to a new stylist. She
