So i never thought I’d say this, but AI is the most useful thing I’ve added to my health routine in years 🤯 Not a peptide. Not a supplement. A chat window I treat like the research assistant a $50K-a-year concierge practice would have on staff ✨ I used to be the bottleneck for my family’s health… Labs sitting unread. Peptide protocols I never had time to vet. Supplements overlapping. Meal planning that defaulted to “what’s in the fridge” by Wednesday. MTHFR considerations I was supposed to track. Cycle data I never actually synthesized 🫠 I was drowning in my own health information. And I do this for a living(!) So I started using AI differently. Not for emails. For the actual cognitive load of running a family’s health 🧠 😮‍💨 These are five prompts I run weekly. Save them. Screenshot them. Paste into ChatGPT or Claude. Customize the brackets for your life!! 🥩 Sunday meal prep dropped from 4 hours of mental gymnastics to one prompt with my fridge inventory. Food bill down. Callahan eats real food. The 5pm fridge stare is gone. 🍞 My sourdough has its own chat. Best loaves I’ve ever baked. 🧬 Peptide research now takes minutes, built around my exact body and stack, sources cited. 🩸 I caught a lab marker that would’ve gone out of range a year from now. That’s prevention. 🌙 Every morning I check in: cycle, sleep, HRV, stress. AI tells me how to eat, train, recover. I stopped guessing. The part I want you to actually hear 🤍 This doesn’t replace the foundations. Not sleep. Not protein. Not your practitioner. AI only works as smart as the questions you ask it. But it gave me bandwidth. The cognitive load that lived in my head 24/7 doesn’t anymore. Which means more time, more energy, more presence for what actually matters 🤍 Save this. Screenshot the prompts. Send to a friend who’s drowning too 💌 Follow for more. Next one drops this week. What part of YOUR health do you wish AI could take off your plate? 👇 #longevity #biohacking

... Read moreManaging family health often feels like juggling too many balls—lab results, supplements, diet plans, and daily wellness metrics all demand attention. From my experience, integrating AI as a personal health assistant has dramatically simplified this complexity. Using tailored prompts weekly, I’ve shifted from guesswork to informed decisions that save time and reduce stress. For instance, automating meal planning with AI helps me optimize our weekly grocery list and prep time while ensuring nutritional needs are met without wasting food. I customize the prompts with what’s in my fridge, dietary restrictions like MTHFR considerations, and toddler-friendly foods, so nothing gets overlooked. Another game changer has been real-time feedback on sourdough baking, where AI guides me through each step based on how my dough behaves in my own kitchen—much better than following static recipes. On the clinical side, AI-assisted review of lab markers allows me to spot trends early, even within normal lab ranges, giving me a preventive edge by identifying subtle health shifts before they become problems. It also generates meaningful questions to discuss with my healthcare practitioner, helping me get the most from my appointments. Daily check-ins with AI use inputs like cycle phase, sleep quality, heart rate variability, and stress levels to recommend optimal nutrition, exercise, recovery, and supplement use tailored just for that day. This responsive guidance means I’m no longer guessing what my body needs and have greater confidence in my wellness routine. Overall, AI doesn’t replace foundational health practices or medical advice, but it amplifies my capacity to manage health data efficiently. By reducing cognitive load, I free mental bandwidth for what truly matters—being present and proactive about my family’s wellbeing. For others feeling overwhelmed by health management, experimenting with AI prompts might just be the breakthrough needed to transform chaos into clarity.
