job searching can feel overwhelming, but small changes in your approach can make a big difference. instead of applying to hundreds of jobs without a plan, focus on being intentional and strategic!

start by tailoring your resume and linkedin profile to match the roles you're applying for - using keywords from job descriptions can help you get past applicant tracking systems and catch a recruiter’s eye.

networking is just as important as applying! reach out to employees at companies you're interested in, engage with industry professionals, and don’t be afraid to ask for referrals. many jobs are filled through connections, not just applications.

finally, be strategic with your applications. quality matters more than quantity. take time to research the company, write a strong application, and follow up after applying or interviewing. this shows initiative and keeps you top of mind with hiring managers!
