Green tea is best steeped at lower temperatures (around 175°F) for 2-3 minutes to avoid bitterness, while black tea requires boiling water and a longer steep time (3-5 minutes) to bring out its full flavor. Experimenting with loose-leaf tea rather than tea bags can also elevate the taste and aroma.
