I recently tried making protein balls using Koia Protein Shakes, and I was amazed at how simple and delicious they turned out. Using about 6 oz of Koia's plant-based protein shake as a wet ingredient blends perfectly with nut butter, honey, rolled oats, and protein powder to create a smooth, pliable dough that's easy to roll into small balls. What I loved the most is how versatile this recipe is; you can add your favorite mix-ins like chocolate chips or nuts to customize the flavor and texture. Plus, the fact that these protein balls are dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, and vegan makes them ideal for various dietary preferences. The nutritional benefits are another big plus — each ball packs 20 grams of protein and contains 21 essential vitamins and minerals. This makes them excellent as a pre- or post-workout snack or a convenient on-the-go energy boost. The low sugar content (only about 3 grams) keeps it healthy without compromising on taste. For storage, refrigerate the balls after rolling to help them set, and they'll stay fresh for several days, making meal prep easier throughout the week. I found that adjusting the amount of rolled oats or nut butter can tweak the texture from chewier to more crumbly depending on your preference. Overall, this recipe is an easy, wholesome way to incorporate more protein into your diet with the convenience of Koia Protein Shakes. I highly recommend giving it a try if you want a healthy snack that tastes great and fits clean eating lifestyles.
